Whitworth Art Gallery - Tactile Too Commission
I was selected as one of four artists to produce a piece of work for the Whitworth Art Gallery Tactile Too Project in Manchester. The piece would be based on the concept and techniques used for Underwater Love Meets Primal Futurism.
The bodice was constructed with 3D glow in the dark embroidery that includes vintage media of lace, jewels and pearls. (however you cannot see the glow aspect in these images). I styled the editorial shoot myself and customised 1930's gloves and vintage garter belt to compliment the embroidered bodice and headpiece. Meet Coraline.............
